•       To help under privileged women especially widows develop self-esteem and confidence in themselves. 
•       To advocate for the rights of women and widows in line with the united Nation on Elimination of all forms of Discrimination Against Women (CEDAW) 
•       To challenge the erroneous customs and practices fostered against the widows. Thereby reducing poverty and violence against widows.   
•       To ensure environmental sustainability through engagement in environmental sanitation programs, provision of portable and safe drinking water and agro-forestry.
•       To help poor women and widows gain access to health care and great opportunities through which people (women)’s abilities, talents and Creativity can find full expression.
•       To help organize workshops, seminars, retreats, micro-credits schemes and cooperatives for human capacity development and productivities among women.
•       To help the poorer women/widows develop their human and natural resources full. Development is meaningful when it serves to increase access of people to the basic necessities of life.
•       Working towards solidarity and co-operation among Nigerians women and foreign women expanding women’s formations, increase their active participation in political, societal and Economic activities.
