Hope For Today’s Widows International is a registered Non-Governmental, Non-Denominational, and Non-Profit organization with a sincere passion and concern for the downtrodden and deeply committed to the alleviating the sufferings and humiliations of widows in our society.

The organization undertakes widowhood empowerment programs such as:
Skill Acquisition, Cooperatives and Soft Loan Grants, Widows’ Rights Advocacies, campaign on gender equality and Eradication of violence among against widows, Free Medical Checks on Blood Pressure, HIV/AIDS Screening and Blood Test/treatments for Sugar [FBS].

However, we have hundreds of widows under our care all drawn from different Communities and Local Governments within and outside Anambra State.

Presently we are working tirelessly with agencies of same vision such as International and local private donor agencies, concerned philanthropists; national, state and local governments who share the same vision and passion with us that today’s widows should be given their place of honor in our society by protecting, supporting and empowering them.
